Deadlines
PaperPapers must be submitted electronically via the EAI Confy+ conference system: https://confyplus.eai.eu/app#conftrack-overview/cid/53894. The minimum length of a paper is 8 pages, including references. Authors are required to prepare their papers using the official Springer Nature Word Template. Important: The Word template opens as a blank document. This is intentional. The paper structure and formatting are created using the dedicated Styling tab in Microsoft Word. Before using the template, please follow the setup instructions. After opening the template correctly, the Styling tab will become available in Word. Authors should use the functions available in this tab to create and format all elements of the paper, including the title, authors and affiliations, abstract, keywords, headings, text, figures, tables, equations, and references. Congress ProceedingsAll submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process. Accepted papers will be included in the CLC 2026 Congress Proceedings, which will be submitted to Springer Nature for publication in the EAI/Springer Innovations in Communication and Computing book series. Publication is subject to the applicable EAI/Springer quality criteria and successful completion of the review and publication process. Criteria for inclusion of a paper in the Congress Proceedings:
Authors may be asked to revise their papers based on the reviewers' comments. If the revised paper is not submitted by the required deadline or does not meet the required criteria, the Programme Committee reserves the right to reject the paper. Requirements for Accepted PapersFor publication in the Congress Proceedings, the corresponding author of each accepted paper will be required to complete and sign the Springer Nature Licence to Publish on behalf of all co-authors. The author names, their sequence, the corresponding author and affiliations stated in the Licence to Publish must be final and correspond to the information provided in the final manuscript. Authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions for any third-party material included in their papers. In accordance with Springer Nature accessibility requirements, Alternative Text (Alt Text) for all figures must be submitted in an Excel file together with the final manuscript. Alt Text is also required for tables provided in image format. Authors may prepare Alt Text themselves or use the Springer Nature Alternative Text Assistant Tool. The use of this tool is optional.
