PAPER SUBMISSION PROCESS

Step 1: Conference registration

All participants are required to register/log in through the website. After completing the registration, you will receive payment instructions (proforma invoice) by email.

Step 2: Paper Submission

Papers must be submitted through the EAI Confy+ conference system by November 5, 2026: https://confyplus.eai.eu/app#conftrack-overview/cid/53894.

Step 3: Final Paper Submission

Authors of accepted papers will be asked to submit a revised final version of their paper by the Camera-ready Deadline. Detailed submission instructions will be provided to the authors of accepted papers.
